Bad service

Room was old ang tight but clean except for the shower curtain was moldy. But up yo there it was fine. What we didn't like was the service. Keep asking to clean the room and noone show up. Añso ask for towels and paper toilet adn it took us about 3 times asking for them to get them. I will not stay there again. Also the neightborhood is not the best.

Convenient Location

The hotel is clean. Covenient location to Laguardia airport and US Open tennis tournament. Staff was friendly. Our queen room was a bit tight sizewise, but we only stayed for 1 night each of our two stays, and found it sufficient. Very convenient meal options about a 5-10 minute walk away. Hotel is on a bus route that stops right out front of hotel. Makes it convenient to get to many other places in the NYC area. 20 min walk to subway.

Stayed for a concert at Forrest Hills Stadium. The tub did not drain and the room smelled of urine. The sheets/bed and towels were visibly dirty and the room did not look like it had been cleaned.

This hotel is actually a good option for people on a budget. It was nice, clean and felt very safe. The only downside was it was dusty like no one had been in the room in months, but they cleaned it the very next day. The AC needs to be cleaned as well. Otherwise, I was happy with my stay.

The hotel was in an area where all eateries and shops were conveniently close. But the room was a bit small even tho it was very clean and organized, plus our room key had to be programmed every day to enter and sometimes 2x a day which was an inconvenience!

The bed is comfortable and the room is decent but the cleanliness is not as good. In fact, there was hair in the bathroom and in the sink. There was stuff on the bed between the sheets which made it clear that they did not clean the bed sheets. The floor had dust too. Overall the hotel is okay but the hygiene and cleanliness are way below average!
