The room smelt weird and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was in a very good location.

They put me in an ajoining room where the door between the rooms would not lock properly. And I could hear the people in the other room like they were right next to me. I did not feel safe. And the front desk would do nothing. Never again will I use Tracelocity.

Everything you need at a reasonable price!

If you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel to stay in while you wander around NYC I would highly recommend Heritage. The rooms are small and packed in pretty close, but they have everything you need INCLUDING A MINI FRIDGE! Also the front desk staff was so lovely and nice that they can’t be beat.

They don’t clean your room unless you ask them to. Even when I asked at 9:00 am, they said they couldn’t do it until the next day.

Whilst the area was in a good location, I wouldnt stay at this property again due to the cleanliness of the room. I would appreciate that upon checkin, the staff would remind that housekeeping is upon request with the timing. I had a bad experience with the staff and housekeeping which I was told to be booked a day in advance where the staff kept knocking and trying to open the door which we have locked because my family is trying to nap at 4pm after a long day of walking. Then the reception called to insist we have to let the houskeeping in or else they cant clean the room. Although I have informed the reception we are sleeping, I did not hear any apologies for the disturbance and at the same time, the housekeeping kept knocking. After we have opened the door to let them know we are having a rest and would only need fresh towels, they still aggressively knocked to give the fresh towel. I dont know what level of

No sleep possible in this filthy hotel.

The hotel is worn down, carpets are dirty, the bathtub is filthy and chipped. A dog in a room down the hall was locked in the room and barking for hours.
