We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in New York on Times Square. We got a corner room with a great view of Times Square. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The only issue that came up was with the air conditioner, it got a little cold, but I’d rather be cold than hot

Charged us $75 to check in early. No other Hilton Garden Inn has ever made us do that. Shower took over 10 min to get hot- and then leaked all over bathroom floor. And somehow the carpet near the bathroom was wet and stayed wet the whole time even though we didn’t shower every single day.

Very convenient stay - close enough to Times Square to walk and at the same time far enough to keep all the noise away. Room is just standard Hilton room - clean, packed, nothing special. Whole Foods around the corner and beautiful Rosetta Bakery in next building. Bryant Park offers some cool shows in the evenings!

The rooms were humid with no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made the bedroom stifling. There was mold in the ceiling of the shower and the shower door didnt seal so a huge puddle resulted which threatened to pour into the main room. The staff was lovely, and the location was perfect, but they need to make the rooms more comfortable.
