It's a reasonable to mediocre hotel, let down by a very rude & incompetent front of house team lead by Tamika Harris, they got my status wrong at check in cause the person kept talking over me & not listening, even removed my card before I could even enter my pin. I extended the booking & asked three times to merge bookings & kept getting told to come back, then woken up an hour before check out saying they needed my card to extend the booking. When I went down to relay this to Tamika, she kept talking over me aggressively, rather than listening to me, then cancelled the rest of my booking claiming I was the one with an attitude. She cut off my key card so I could not access the elevators or my room to retrieve my belongings & be able to leave with them, so I had to come back & ask for it to be reactivated. She did not refund me for the night's stay she cancelled & I am having to force IHG to do so. She informed Security as I was going back to my room that she was "Throwing me out" & sent Security up to my room to bang on the door within 9 minutes of my interaction with her at the front desk. He then followed me as I left the room, the floor, the hotel as if her nartative was valid & he needed to follow me. It was all a very disgusting experience. Tamika Harris is clearly very unhappy in her life, over-inflated, inept, incompetent & a poor communicator. I was very happy to take my money elsewhere. Avoid if you can.

Awful. When I arrived I was harassed in lobby by a homeless man. Staff did nothing to protect me from this man. The man proceeded to rob the hotel store, and again staff did nothing, did not even call police to report. Then when I arrived at my room, there was a staff member surveying the room, with a non staff member who is walking around the room. When I said “this is my room.” Staff member assured me the room was untouched, however why is a non staff member inside of the room I was just assigned. Then there was loud noise, banging on the connecting door, and someone even tried to enter my room by pushing the handle down. Checked in at 11pm, and had to leave at 1am because it became clear we were not safe there.
