There were three of us staying at the property and we each had our own comfortable bed. Location was amazing and check in and out were easy. The room and bathroom were clean and had the basic amenities. I would absolutely stay here again. Close to everything you could need and the subway was very close.

Best deal in the city. In Korea town close to the empire state building. Close to a subway entrance with food trucks and carts. Nice little donut spot next door, very short walk for lots of shopping. Clean room and friendly staff.

Really good location in Manhattan, subway like 5 minutes walking distance, the room is a little bit small for 5 adults bust just enough for resting and sleeping, I would definitely stay here again

This property was not only dirty but the building the room is located is a very busy noisy and unsafe building and area . The sheets towels and room were very dirty with limited facilities . Would not suggest this property

The location was great-we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in the penthouse, so we had a private outdoor area with an igloo. That was lovely to sit in after a busy day. We were very close to the Empire State Building. The management was always very quick to answer my questions and allowed us to leave our luggage there until we needed it. The price was reasonable, in comparison to other hotels. The room was tiny but very clean. The outdoor area was a definite plus. There were 5 of us in our party, and it is hard to find someplace for 5-but this was perfect.

The noise coming from the building at night prevented us from sleeping much at all. It sounded like there was someone banging on a metal pipe behind the wall intermittently throughout the night, but I think it was something in the building’s heating system. The staff seemed overwhelmed and rude with the exception of the nice guy who does all of the initial communication and checked our luggage in. In the morning there was a person pooping in the internal doorway. Not great.
