The hotel staff was helpful from beginning to end. I will only write one example since it is the one that remained after my first experience in New York. During my first day, a pigeon had relieved itself on my hoodie. I asked one of the female staff members about what the hotel would charge to clean my hoodie. Instead, she recommended a laundromat that was across the street. She not only saved me time but she saved me money. On top of all of that, she answered all my questions regarding what to expect throughout the week since it was the week leading up to the New York City Marathon.

The property is in a good location, walking distance to time Square and easy access to the subway. You have a 7-11 at one end of the block and on the other side a good organic coffee service market. Cleaning is upon request, front desk personal are helpful and friendly.The hotel is a little bit pricey for their standard rooms.

This is the first time I am staying in Hayatt, I imagined this hotel in my high grade but the reality is opposite to it. Heavy noises from AC which not allowed us sleep quietly, no lock in bathroom room always have to guard when someone is inside, not working refrigerator, when taking shower all water came out of shower room and had clean manually with towels. After many complaints none of the issues were fixed. Very worst experience and not worth for spending such money, not even near to 2 star hotel. Very bad experience.

No blanket…

It was room for 3. Saga bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t have any blankets. Every 3 days we been asking for blankets, but never get them. Very small room for 3 people. Mostly when sofa was turned to bed. Very small wardrobe and no any shelf’s for clothes and even for laggage. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and spacious. Very nice breakfast, although it lacked sweet options. One bad thing: we were on the last (26th) floor, and the noise at nighttime coming from within the hotel was unbearable (eg. Air conditioning - also when turned off-, other rooms, etc). No noise from outside. But we could only sleep with earplugs.
