The room was dirty, the fire alarm got activated in the middle of the night and sounded by sound me hour. The hotel only explained that was a false alarm and when going downstairs to check they were rude and no information given.

Stayed here during the extreme cold in New York and it was a terrible experience. The room heater was not working at all. I went to reception multiple times, but the manager said she couldn’t do anything and showed no interest in helping. She told me someone would come fix it, but no one showed up for three days. Completely unacceptable, especially in this weather.
