It was great experience. I wanted to experience nightlife without worrying about much mobility, so the location was quite appropriate. It is clean and comfortable, I would only suggest they put curtains in the bathroom’s window. When I was doing my business in the morning I could see people in the next building’s window. It’s just for commodity. The staff was great. The guy at the checking and the girl at the check out were quite friendly and gave me clear information.

Comfortable bed to stay for the night. Clean room, tv access. Hard to find at first since it’s tucked away. Needs elevator since stairs to the 5th floor is a lot. Overall good stay.

Property had good value, was conveniently located but does not have an elevator. Although the staff were willing to assist with luggage, climbing the stairs was a challenge I also recommended a splash guard for the shower floor as the bathroom flooded after each shower. That required putting the towels and the bath mat to absorb the water for fear that there may be seepage to the lower floor Otherwise, a very good stay

They are posing as the Time Hotel by Hyatt nearby. We booked the Expedia expecting to be with the rest of our family at The Time, but were rudely surprised when we arrived. Air conditioner leaked water onto our heads as we tried to sleep. Had to carry our bags up to flights of narrow stairs. Dangerous for us seniors. We would have left immediately to go to The Time, but they were fully booked. We switched to The Time by Hyatt, a block away, the next day. This "business" is only a month old and they have been pirating The Time by Hyatt's clients. There is only one letter difference in their listings on Expedia. This doesn't seem legal or ethical. This place should be avoided, especially by seniors or anyone with a disability.

The location can’t be beaten. The exterior looks run down. We did feel safe though with the locking front door. The TV’s were not working during our visit. This is a minimalist concept. The bed, though comfortable was crammed against 3 walls so my husband had to crawl over me to get in and out of the bed. The window curtain was not a black out so we had the neon lights from the businesses below creep in all night. There are no nightstands or lighting other than the overhead light. There is a small drop down desk that was mounted too low. There was one small chair. The bathroom was modern but, since the shower had no threshold, the floor, including the cloth bath mat, got wet. So you tracked water from the bathroom across the rug less main room. Although the ceiling level hvac worked well at cooling, there was no way to turn down the fan. It blasted air nonstop whether you wanted it or not. I would choose not to stay there again unless I couldn’t find something cheaper. This room was their “deluxe” at over $400 a night.

The room was small but nice. I’m just pretty sure they didn’t change the sheets from the last person who stayed there because there were stains on the comforter and sheets. And they’re white so it’s hard not to notice. Also when I got up from laying down, there was a blonde hair on my head, and I have black hair. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was literally one block away from Time Square and a lot of public transportation around, so that was very convenient. Heads up there is no elevator so if you’re on the 5th floor, you will be climbing a lot of steps; Like steep, long steps. I didn’t necessarily feel safe, as I was a woman traveling alone, the street is very dark compared to time square, and there were men loitering right outside the hotel. The outside is also not aesthetically pleasing and you truly wouldn’t know it’s a hotel from the outside. I did appreciate that the front door was locked and you had to ring the doorbell to enter the hotel. Overall my stay with them was good besides the sheets and loitering men outside.

Ok let me start by saying the name of this hotel and the pictures used are Not the Same. I traveled alone and for what i payed for 1 night i could have stayed in much more comfortable and visibly pleasing place, No working TV, funny smell in hallways, i have pictures hope i can upload them a save a few people from the shock and embarrassment
