The staff was very helpful, the only issue with the staff would be not answering the phone when we tried to call and ask about parking. We called about 5-6 times and the answering machine answered all the times. The room on the other side was not that good. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the whole room smelled like floor cleaner and bleach, even though we checked at around 9pm the smell was overwhelming. Overall an ok stay.

Room was clean. Location was perfect - near Penn Station. Staff were friendly. Room was small compared to most hotel one finds in the US; however, pretty standard when compared to most European large city rooms. Some hooks on the wall to hang bags would have been helpful.
