Room was fine just loud at night from other people staying at the hotel. Hotel staff was accommodating with extra towels and toilet paper. I will say the area is sketch but was fine to walk to subway stations that was about 15 minutes away.

The rooms are very small small is not the word it’s tiny … bathroom door can not close if u do close it you will be standing in the bathtub

good luck finding parking lol you’ll be lucky if you snag a spot close, we had to park maybe 2 blocks down on a little side street. not super convenient if you have lots of luggage and park far. you do have. a perfect view of the projects right behind the building lol so just be mindful its not a super tourist place. but our stay went well, we got in and out safely and quickly. booked online, just have to set a deposit in person. but nice for a short trip ! i wouldnt stay longer then 1/2 nights! rooms are small but good for 2 ppl

The room was in good condition, but the sink was too tiny and the towels didn’t seem completely clean. The hotel can be very noisy but it was good enough for a one night stay. Front desk staff was very courteous and kind

Had issues in both rooms, 402 TV was damaged. Moved to lower level 302, the bathroom sink facet was broken. Moved every time I used it causing water to splash everywhere. Window is drafty during winter. I didn’t mind the draft but others who have low iron might need to use the heated a/c unit which is a plus. The bed is cheap, it sink uncomfortably with stained sheets and towels. I might book here again if the prices are lower. Not really a convenient area unless you have a car. The bus is delayed often due to heavy traffic. The walk can be cumbersome between stations. The staff can be neglectful to concerns about the property management. Don’t let them tell you otherwise. They will accommodate best they can.

Looked like a Hostel. Had to push by loiterer who then followed me into the building and watched me check-in. Got to room and it was a dirty hole in the wall. I did not stay at hotel. Found another hotel in the middle of the night to stay in. Bad experience!

The rooms are very, very small. You can hear the noise outside. The bathroom is so small that you can’t get into the shower unless you closed the door. If you brush your teeth a You can’t been down to rinse your mouth because your head will hit the mirror it so small the sink is so tiny. The tv doesn’t have many channel to watch.

Desk Staff was courteous, toilet deeds to be kept oder free and the bathroom needs to be properly sealed from escaping water when showering also room attendant should taught NOT TO ENTER ROOMS when there is a do no Disturb sign on doors. Everything else was pleasant, anyways we had noise free nights/zone. It was comfortable.
