The hotel was lovely, the lobby spacious with great options to visit, have a drink or food. The room was tiny, if you were a big/tall person you would have a hard time with the bathroom and shower. Though finishes in both were well done. The room had no place to sit but the bed & I booked a Queen size bed & we got a full size bed. Location & staff made up for the room size - almost.

The biggest issue was that the air conditioner was super loud. I think it's a known problem since I found ear plugs in a basket. The second problem is that while the website claims good square footage of the room, there is no place to hang your suite or couple jackets, or store your cloths. Toilet and shower are designed to save the space, but not in a very practical way. Overall, I found that other lower priced hotels offer a bit better organization in the room while claiming smaller square footage. On a positive side, the property is renewed, clean, fast elevators, very nice staff and excellent location.

The room had many things that needed maintenance - the bedside lamp closest to door could not be turned off until we jammed paper into it (making sleeping impossible); the gasket on shower door was detached so water ran into floor of toilet area; the ceiling lights kept going off; the window shade was off the track and had to be fixed; when you finished your shower, you could not slide the door open without help from another. We were amazed that so many things could be neglected without repairing them!

Easy, efficient check in; friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable but ventilation system was noisy. Bed was rather hard. Bar was nice - delicious cocktails but I wish some food - even snacks like nuts - were offered after the kitchen closes at 10 pm.

Location wise the hotel is great! Right in the middle of everything and walkable! Lobby is small but clean and modern. The room however is very small which is fine if you’re good with just the basics ( shower, toilet, sink, bed). A big downside to this room is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I would describe it as sleeping on a flat board with a few blankets laid on top. So if you’re looking to get some relief after a long flight wouldn’t recommend it.
