Room was clean and generally in good condition, except that the door deadbolt knob was broken off. I tried turning the stub and it did not engage the deadbolt. I complained to the desk about the lack of a functioning deadbolt and was told "all the rooms are like that".

I’ve stayed here plenty of times and things are usually good but today I was rudely screamed at by the night staff hours after I checked out who seemed to be confused that I left my things in the lobby. They must have assumed I was loitering but I literally paid for two nights and had just checked out that day and have been a guest there before. He was so nasty and rude and kept threatening police for no reason. I was not threatening or breaking any rules. So I smashed the coffee maker to show him what a real reason to yell at a guest is! I have no regrets, awful customer service and awful customer loyalty!
