What a horrible stay! Cant reach the hotel staff because some roboline number is provided, room is absolute trash- mattresses are as flat as a pancake, pillows are horrible and some rooms smell of mold. Wont ever stay there again, save your money!

Our stay was amazing !! The rooms are so clean, modern and spacious for NYC. The restaurants have great food and a super atmosphere!! We took the #1 train for $3 to get uptown. This is my go to in NYC.

I liked everything including the staff. The housekeeping was fantastic. I do wish our check out person was more friendly than to be in a hurry to kick us out! But one person doesn't represent the excellent customer service at this hotel. Hence my rating still stands positive.
