This hotel is walking distance from most of the attractions we had tickets to. And the subways were right around the corner as well. Our room was different than the pictures advertised on the website but it was still a nice room. Would recommend!

The staff at the Sanctuary are outstanding. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Excellent service. Many of the rooms have no windows with any real daylight. That was a real surprise to me but then it’s NYC.

Book a room for one night for my wife’s 40th birthday! Sanctuary is such a nice hotel. So clean and the vibe is awesome! My wife said that Sanctuary is the most beautiful hotel she had stayed in NYC! It’s so close to everything! We will back!

The hotel is unique. The staff is very capable. The location is great and the facility is very well kept. Some in our party wanted a better view of the city. Some rooms get noise from the activity in the area.

My husband and I stayed in a luxury king room. We had a view of the street. The room was very nice and had all the amenities that were expected. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned out room and changed our sheets every day. The listing says the room includes "in room spa service". Don't be fooled, you have to get someone from outside the hotel to come in, so it's not anything included. They need to change that. Breakfast was minimal with bagels, toast, cereal, tea and coffee. Continental usually includes waffles and such. Staff was very accommodating with holding our bags the day we were leaving. This hotel is 1/2 block from Times Square and 3 blocks from the subway. Excellent location. Would stay here again.
