Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. However, the restaurant seemed to close early for a hotel full of people on a weekend. In addition, key cards did not work well when trying to get elevators. Several of the elevator display pads on the floors were broken and didn’t work. Made it difficult to get down and up on the elevator. No phones in the room to call the front desk or anything. Television had problems and we reported it to the front desk and they said they would send a maintenance person up to fix, but that never happened. We finally were able to get the television working properly ourselves. Hotel was not the best at following up on customer service.

In the five nights I stayed there housekeeping only came one day. You had to call downstairs and ask for washcloths! I left my coat in the room and no one has called. Staff at Starbucks on site decide when and what time they serve certain drinks. NOT a place I will EVER stay again. My previous experience was nothing like this one

The room was good the staff is friendly. The weekend we book the main lobby doors were closed and we had to come in through the garage entrance to enter and exit the hotel. Not good .

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Times Square and other New York attractions. The location was perfect! Short, enjoyable walks to nearly everything. The hotel check in was a bit of a nightmare because of the long line, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice but starting to age a bit. Overall...good experience and would stay again

Room was in good condition. Elevators definitely could not keep up with demand. Staff was attentive but not able to add my Mariott Bonvoy number since room was not booked under my husband’s name , yet it was a surprise for him so I couldn’t book under his name. Location and proximity to Broadway and all other things NYC was great.

We had no complaints about our stay. However I do see what people were saying about the long check in line and the elevators. We got there at 930 am on New Years Eve and were able to check right in. On New Year’s Day the check in line was out of control. When we returned about 930 pm New Year’s Day the elevators were packed and only a few working.. would still go back again and stay at the same place. New York City in Time Square you have to be prepared for a lot of people and a few lines to wait in.
