I tried to cancel booking as had a family emergency in Europe and hotels.com blamed Sheraton. Sheraton blamed hotels.com. I then gave room to my cousin who was going to a. Show in broadway and they would not allow him to use room. He had to pay for another room. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE
