The fire alarm went off falsely, no one checked to ensure residents vacated. The hot water in the shower did not work. I complained 3x at the front desk. I was not offered a room change. When I left, I asked the front desk staff if he could give a partial refund, he said he "did not have that authority" and shared that the hotel manager is not there on Sundays. He informed me there was no one for him to call that day. He provided me with an email, which I emailed explaining whey I was looking for at least a partial reimbursement, and did not receive a reply. I tried to call the number listed on Expedia and the hotel website, and there was no answer. I have disputed this charge on my credit card due to insufficient accommodations. It was livable, if you're okay with fire alarms that go off for hours at 3a and cold showers.
