The room was great! Bed was really comfortable and all amenities were great too! The room didn't have the greatest view but I was only in the hotel for a night so that wasn't important for me. The staff were really helpful too! Overall I had a great stay

Not horrible, not good...

The check-in process was not smooth; they had to verify my room was clean and I waited downstairs. The rep was not very warm. The room was hot and the AC was not running. There was desk but no chair in the room so I couldnt work.The gym equipment was broken (bench and there was only the one.) It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good.

While we received fresh towels and the bed sheets were changed, the room itself was not cleaned. Grease marks and previous food stains on the furniture, spots on the carpet. The surrounding area of the hotel is not safe for tourists to walk around, especially at night time.
