Valet refuses large SUV’s and had to find a parking by my self. Restaurant / bar of the hotel closed. Hotel would not even provide beer or wine in the lobby. Room was pretty clean and convenient.

We're working on enriching our onsite amenities, and our new restaurant is due to open in March 2024, followed by the Rooftop in June 2024, which we anticipate will greatly enhance guest experiences. Really good services, personnel very friendly and professional. When we ask for something, we get it very rapidly. The lobby is lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect in Manhattan. However, the Expedia add mentioned that the hotel room was renovated in 2018/2019, but it seems older than that. The bathroom needs some love and the little kitchenette also. We were a little bit disappointed but it doesn't bother us that much.
