From the moment we arrived at The Sherry-Netherland, we were treated like royalty. The level of service and attention to detail was beyond exceptional—truly a five-star experience in every way. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff made it incredibly special. From a warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches in our room—like champagne and a handwritten note—it was clear they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was beautifully appointed, combining old-world elegance with modern comfort. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for a romantic weekend in New York City. Very Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

Located across the street from Central Park. Wonderful service and comfortable beds. Our room was very quiet and we did not hear any street or outside noise at all.

Fabulous hotel and staff!

This is a luxurious hotel with impeccable and friendly service. We enjoyed the history and the great location, and we hope to return some day. Our only personal 'negative' is that although it's popular for hotels to use goose down duvets, we always remove them as they are too warm for our taste. We encourage providing a light blanket as a choice. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, one that will live long in our memories.
