Good location near Grand Central Terminal and many sights. The room seemed light on amenities .. no coffee maker, only one drinking cup in the room and it was a paper coffee cup (one cup for the entire stay). Front desk service was uneven, with only one person able to issue room keys ... if she was away, you had to wait.

Our first room had a broken ac, we returned to our room late at night and were not given another room until the next day. They did prop open a window but it did not fix the issue of the room being around 80-85 degrees. I’ve reached out to the manager for a resolution.

The condition of this hotel was entirely unaccepta

The condition of this hotel was entirely unacceptable, and I was forced to leave within two hours of check-in due to serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns that made it impossible to stay. The most alarming issue was the unclean and unsanitary condition of the bed. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets and stains inside the comforter, clearly indicating the bedding had not been changed from the prior guest. This alone is grounds for immediate rejection of a hotel room, but the problems did not end there.

Spacious, Unique, Convenient

One night stay, big, clean room, comfy bed, but TV remote didn’t work, furniture could use an updatte and not many options for charging devices. Convenient to everything. I'd visit again.

Our room had decent views and was nice enough. It didn't have any hand soap in the bathroom and we were told it was "on back order". The bed was pretty comfy. The rest of the hotel had a smell to it though, as if there was a restaurant inside every hallway and elevator. Ok stay overall

Tuscany was very quiet,there a beautiful view of the empire state byilding from my room. No bugs around, and the room was cleaned everyday. Great location if you want to use the subway a lot. Our bed felt very soft tho,as if it needed a new mattress but overall it was a great experience

I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THE TUSCANY FOR 25 YEARS. THIS WAS MY FIRSAT STAY AS LUXURBAN. THEY WERE NOT PREPARED TO BE OPEN. THERE WERE NO CUPS IN THE ROOM. WHEN I ASKED FOR ONE THEY SAID NO, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY????? THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. WHEN I TOLD THEM AT THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID " YEAH, WE KNOW, THE PHONES DON'T WORK YET". THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS DRESSED IN SWEATS AND THEY WERE TOTALLY DISINTERESTED IN BEING THERE. THEY WERE RUDE, DISMISSIVE, AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR JOBS OR THE GUESTS. THERE WAS MOLD ON THE CEILING IN THE SHOWER AND THE LOCK ON THE DOOR DID NOT WORK! AND I WAS PAYING FOR A SUITE!!!!! AFTER ALL THESE YEARS IT APPEARS TO BE TIME TO FIND A NEW HOTEL.

It was close enough to walk everywhere. If we needed to take the subway the grand central was 5 minutes away. We would always come back to a clean room with fresh towels

Lovely room with a view of the Chrysler building, although the windows were very dirty so couldn’t get a photo. Despite hanging towels up, they were replaced every day but not the full compliment of a large and small towel per person, so by the last day we had a hand towel each to shower with! The bed was really comfortable and the area is more peaceful than nearer to Times Square. Reception were really helpful, providing items when asked for and stored our bags for free on the last day. This hotel would be great for couples/friends, not young children due to having to walk several blocks to nearest subway station. Would stay here again.

Not even basic amenities.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels. It’s not fancy but the space is amazing so makes up for lack of full service hotel. This time however, I couldn’t get soap. Soap! It’s such a basic amenity and they couldn’t help me the entire stay. The staff was kind and apologized but this is just not acceptable anymore.
