Remarkable stay. Staff is attentive, remembers details and seems happy. The location was great- safe, quiet, a short walk to NYSE, Trinity Church, Battery Park, ferries/Seaport, etc. About 30 min by subway to Times Square for a show. The area had great independent places to eat as well as well-known chains (think Whole Foods, not McD’s). Wonderful amenities, great gym and the shower and Le Labo bath products were amazing. I would love to stay here again- it was a delightful place.

Location excellent. Hôtel rooms are new but the rooms are average. We had the Nesbit suite. We were not impressed. One tiny window and a very narrow stuffy room.

This is our new favorite hotel in NYC. The room was spotless, quiet, and simply a higher standard than other hotels we've stayed in throughout NYC. We did get room service and the food was excellent as well. And then Eddie, the concierge, was always on the spot and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here.

We travel constantly and love staying in the city. This turned out to be the best hotel experience we have had in 15 years of travel to NYC. The service was exceptional. We would like to call out Eddie who runs the front door and valet. Couldn’t have been more helpful and caring’s. But here’s where they went next level- we were attending a black tie fundraiser at Ciprianis and I couldn’t find my cufflinks. Hotel provided me with a pair and saved what turned out to be an amazing evening. We will return and this is our go to from now on.

Very impressed with the staff in general! The only complaint I had is that the bathroom needed a bit of maintenance and we reported that and I am assuming that they will take care of it. The property is lovely.
