About this property

Walk to Everything! Fall Colors, Firepit Nights.

Picture this: you step off the L train, seven minutes from Manhattan, and turn onto a quiet Williamsburg block where the only sound is string lights swaying over a fire pit. This is Brooklyn Bliss , a freshly renovated 2BR apartment with a private entrance, two full baths, and a backyard most NYC listings can't touch. Drop your bags, pour a coffee, and exhale. The city is minutes away. Tonight, you're not rushing anywhere.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Fall is when this neighborhood shows off. The summer heat breaks, the streets turn gold, and everything you came to the city for sits within a walk: coffee, galleries, restaurants, and the L under 5 minutes away with Manhattan 7 minutes beyond it. Come home to a quiet street, an entire apartment to yourselves, and a backyard where the firepit and string lights turn cool evenings into the best part of the day.

LIVING ROOM

Sink into the sofa as the LED fireplace glows and the Smart TV streams your show (bring your own logins). An acoustic guitar leans in the corner for anyone who wants to play a few songs before bed.

PRIMARY BEDROOM

Bright and oversized, with a queen bed, its own Smart TV, a loveseat, and a dedicated desk for checking in on work. A wall-mounted mini-split keeps it exactly the temperature you want.

SECOND BEDROOM

A comfy queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom , a rare win in NYC that means no lining up for the shower.

KITCHEN

Brand-new appliances, full cookware, and a Keurig stocked with complimentary coffee pods and tea. The dining table seats the whole group for a home-cooked meal or game night.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS

Both marble-tiled and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. No sharing, no scheduling.

BACKYARD OASIS

What guests mention first: a shared backyard with a hammock, a gas fire pit, a grill, string lights, and real seating , more outdoor space than most Brooklyn apartments have indoors.

FAMILY + PET-FRIENDLY

A Pack 'n Play and toys are already here so you pack less. Well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

WORK + WIFI + LAUNDRY

Fast FIOS (100+ Mbps) and a dedicated workspace mean Zoom calls run smoothly. Free washer and dryer in the building basement.

GAME NIGHT READY

A shelf of board games , Ticket to Ride: New York Edition, Monopoly, Uno, Jenga, Photosynthesis, and Hogwarts Battle.

We renovated this apartment ourselves and stocked it the way we'd want a place stocked if we were the ones traveling.

LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY

You're a 5-minute walk to the L and G trains and just 7 minutes to Manhattan by subway , one of the fastest commutes into the city from anywhere in Brooklyn. McCarren Park is an 8-minute walk for a run or the weekend farmers market, and Bedford Avenue's boutiques and coffee shops are a 10-15 minute stroll.

For live music, Brooklyn Bowl (15 min) and Music Hall of Williamsburg (12 min) are two of the best venues in the city, no car needed. Some of Brooklyn's most talked-about restaurants, from slice shops to sit-down dinner spots, are within a few blocks in every direction.

Want the skyline? The Williamsburg waterfront and East River State Park (12 min) offer some of the best Manhattan views in the city, especially at sunset. Feeling ambitious, walk across the Williamsburg Bridge (20-25 min) or hop the L one stop toward the Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO (20 min).

Prefer to stay local? You're 5 minutes from the neighborhood's best coffee shops and 10 minutes from the Bedford L stop's restaurant row , Italian, Mexican, ramen, and everything between.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

FAMILIES who want real space, not a cramped hotel room , two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a backyard for the kids, and a Pack 'n Play already set up.

REMOTE WORKERS extending a trip who need fast WiFi and an actual desk, not a kitchen counter, to get a few hours in before exploring.

COUPLES OR FRIENDS who want their own space , two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one ensuite) means nobody's waiting on the shower.

FIRST-TIME NYC VISITORS who want Manhattan access without Manhattan prices or noise, 7 minutes to the city, but a genuinely quiet street. Guests call it a great base to explore NYC from.

ANYONE WHO MISSES A BACKYARD , if a fire pit, a hammock, and string lights beat another hotel lobby, this is your kind of stay.

GUEST ACCESS

You'll have exclusive, private use of the entire 2-bedroom apartment, including your own private entrance, full kitchen, and both bathrooms , keyless self-check-in with a keypad means no meeting anyone or juggling keys. Per NYC regulations, this listing is categorized as a private room because the host resides in the building, but your apartment is fully separate and private. We're just a message away if you need anything, otherwise your stay is entirely your own.

PARKING

Free street parking is available nearby with no permits or meters required , a genuine rarity in this part of Brooklyn. If you're not driving, the subway is 5 minutes away and Manhattan is 7 minutes from there, so a car isn't necessary for most stays. No dedicated garage or driveway on-site.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM , message us if you need flexibility. Due to NYC regulations, maximum occupancy is 2 guests for this private-room category listing. Before arrival, Happy Guest handles the rental agreement and ID check in about two minutes on your phone, along with a refundable $500 hold like any hotel. Arrival details follow right after. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed throughout. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please treat the shared backyard and common areas with the same care you'd want from a guest in your home.
