Staff were great and friendly. No hot water to shower. Stood here night before flight and neither of us could shower because the water was ice cold. Airport pickup should be explained better. We were not prepared to have to go out into the cold since we had a pick up and had to travel to a different part or the airport. Directions were not clear!

Room was clean, shuttle was prompt. Beyond that not much positive. No carpeting in the rooms or halls made it incredibly noisy. Impossible to get any meaningful sleep.
