It was okay. Someone ended up opening our door with their room key my b faughter was freightened. On top of that there was a bug in the shower curtain. Then we tried to order food mind you there was no line and i waited 15 mins and yet no one attended us so we left back to our rooms.

We did not find this property to be at the expected standard for a Doubletree as the standard of the cleanliness was surprisingly bad. The worst was the pool, I had a swim and regretted it as the black scum around the tiling on the pool was so bad that other guests had scratched their initials into it, and that was all the way around the pool! Who knows how long ago the pool had been properly cleaned. The doubletree auditor’s need to review this facility asap.

I like the elevators strangely enough because you push your floor before entering the elevator that was nice unique I loved it I love the workout and I love the pool but especially that elevator

Our room was not fully cleaned. We found trash and a cell phone. Then we used the pool to find a rim of grime around the edge that has been there so long, that guest etch their names in it with their finger nails! GROSS!

Beds lined along the hallway, no information in the room(guide for tv, remote not wrapped, no menu for room service, no info for local food delivery, no liner for ice bucket) just glad it was a one night stay. Plus they charged me to park my car for the night. They have an enormous parking lot so it’s not that there is limited parking.
