The resort was well kept, cozy with helpful staff that made us feel at home despite the language barrier. Housekeeping service was great, the room attendants on floor 3 made sure we had clean towels and serviced our room every other day. The Daily Breakfast included was simple but tasty and well prepared by the team. The 24hour coffee and tea station was a plus+++; Very delightful after long hours spent touring in the cold weather of NJ. The shuttle drivers were very punctual; friendly, &helpful. Overall the stay was very pleasant and my family and I enjoyed it. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of all our needs ; keep up the great work!

I had a small issue. However, the assistant manager Jesenia resolved the issue immediately. I love the friendly customer service at the front desk and the facility. The breakfast is elaborate and has everything you may want.

After checking in I got to my room on the 5th floor,it was freezing. I went to turn the heat on and it was making a continuous screaming noise. The fire detector was hanging out of the wall. I immediately went back to the reception desk and told her all of my concerns. She moved my family to the third floor in room 322 same room as the other with the pull out couch. I made it for my son to sleep on there was no pillow for it and also missing the tv remote control for that tv. I went back down stairs to the receptionist and asked for a pillow and tv controller, she said they would bring it up we got the pillow but never received a tv controller. Our water in the shower was cold everyday we showered which really sucked occasionally it would get a little warm but then go back to cold. I never complain but one of the worst stay I have ever had. We stay 4 nights
