Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood west side of Newark. Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay.

Terrible Experience

I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience from the beginning. We were an hour away and personally had to reach out to Joe requesting the access code because it was never sent to us. Upon arrival at 3:00pm, the cleaning lady was still there and said she needed an additional 2 hours to clean and that it wasn’t ready. I reached out to Joe the owner he apologized and said he will refund our cleaning fee. We left for a dinner and arrived at 6pm. Once we entered we noticed a foul smell in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like poop. We also noticed the doors were broken and didn’t lock. Once we left, I texted Joe and that we left and asked him for an update on the refund for the cleaning fee. He said he would send shortly and never did. A full week went by I kept texting him for an update and never responded. Finally I called him and it went straight to voicemail. We called him from a different number and he answered and said he wasn’t going to refund anything. He was extremely rude and hung up. This was the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever encountered. Joe was very unprofessional and no compassion or integrity. Do not book.
