A true gem.

The only drawback is that it’s right in front of railroad tracks!! Train station right down the street. That noise doesn’t bother me - but I’m sure others might be bothered!

Clean, wonderful stay, close to everything!

We needed a place to stay close to Westfield and not only was this hotel right in the heart of everything (extremely walkable and free parking!) but it was so NICE on top of it! Outstanding beds, spacious, excellent shower. If given the chance we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room was comfortable but ice machine in hallway on all the time making noise at night. Did not get housekeeping service first day. No facial tissues I.in room or bathroom. Generally clean. Staff helpful

The room was never cleaned during our 3 day stay. We had to ask for towels. The elevator was broken during our stay. The coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area. Breakfast was horrible. We asked for late check out 11:30 instead of 11) and were harassed by staff at 11 and 11:30 to leave. Toilet got plugged and we were given a plunger to do it ourselves!!!!! Outrageous!!!! Hotel is in a beautiful town. Great location but the hotel stinks!!!! And parking spots are tiny!
