By Car:
From Newcastle: Take the A189 north towards Ashington, then follow signs for Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. The drive takes about 30-40 minutes.
From Morpeth: Take the A197 east towards Ashington, then follow the B1334 to Newbiggin. The drive takes about 20 minutes.

By Bus:
From Newcastle: Take Arriva Bus 1 or X21/X22 to Ashington Bus Station, then transfer to Bus 35 towards Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.
From Morpeth: Take Bus X21/X22 to Ashington, then transfer to Bus 35 to Newbiggin.

By Train:
The nearest train station is Morpeth Station. From there, take Bus X21/X22 to Ashington, then Bus 35 to Newbiggin.
Alternatively, from Newcastle Central Station, take a train to Morpeth, then follow the above bus route.

By Public Transport:
If arriving from Newcastle International Airport, take the Metro to Haymarket, then catch Bus X21/X22 to Ashington, followed by Bus 35 to Newbiggin.
Taxi services are also available from Morpeth or Ashington for direct access.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
