The perfect place for what we were asking. My brother and I stayed for one night as a stop on our travels further North. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean, and parking was a breeze. We were able to grab dinner at the diner next door and we even went ice skating for an hour at the IceTime Sports Complex (a one minute drive) after dinner. We didn’t know what we’d be walking in to but it was an all around pleasant experience.

A very poor place to stay, especially for nearly $ 200.00. Ice machine broken, shower curtain rod broken, obvious roof leak outside our door with staining and frayed sheet rock. Coffee machine in the room did not work. Luggage cart to take luggage to room had a flat tire. Just a place where nobody cares about quality.

No promised amenities, no food, bar or working ice machines or available coffee unless specifically requested and retrieved by front desk staff. First floor smelled like sewer, 3rd floor ceilings poorly repaired and badly water stained and damaged. This is a space definitely not for tourists. Huge stains in carpets. Way overpriced for what it turned out to be. Don’t waste your time or money here, plenty of better options nearby.

With limited options in this area, it became evident that the AHLA lets this one through the cracks. My assumption is that it was a former Hampton Inn, which was purchased independently and the operating family is letting the building fall apart. Hotel room: missing eye hole in door, unplugged hotel phone, slow draining bathroom sink, stained curtains, smoke encasing smell, etc.. this operator is charging 4 star Hotel pricing for Motel-level experience. Most of the negative reviews were fairly accurate—thankfully no bed bugs or “cockroaches.”

Staff pleasant. Lobby updated. Beds good. Lobby and hallway stench of marijuana. Our third floor hallway ceiling, walls were disgusting. I have pixs if you want. Last morning found cockroach in my suitcase and on desk. Think there were dead ones on ceiling.

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER

1. Water stains on ceiling outside our room. 2. Water pressure in shower was terrible. 3. Cleaning crew walked into our room unannounced before 9am while we were still in bed. 4. When I tried to call the hotel to work out a scheduling problem they hung up on me twice. 5. The woman at the counter was extremely rude by cutting me off mid sentence 3 times. So much so, I asked to speak to the manager When she went to contact the manager, she slipped and fell on the floor being mopped. She then looked at me and said thanks. When I asked how it was my fault that she fell, she said I got her all flustered. 6. The manager never contacted me as requested - DO NOT STAY HERE EVER

Legit had bugs all my room and the walls were all colored on when I went to go call the front desk. I was unable to because the phone didn’t even have a cord where buttons to dial and Kathy at the front desk told me I shouldn’t have checked in so early but reality there shouldn’t be bugs to begin with.

Had everything that we needed for a one-night stay as we were passing through. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and everything worked well. We had to walk past the smoking rooms (obvious cigarette smell) to get to our non-smoking room but it was smoke and odor-free, so no complaints there.
