GORGEOUS views every day! With the ability to literally step onto the beach at any moment. Prime location- only minutes from all that the island's famous restaurants, stores, and bars has to offer. 9 minutes from Downtown Newburyport and 15 minutes from Salisbury Beach!

Ground floor unit that allows you to literally step outside from your living room right onto the sand of Plum Island's beach! You'll have 11 miles of beach access at your feet!

This unit has three spacious bedrooms, two living/lounge spaces, a beautiful full kitchen and access to the back patio area where you can grill, lounge, picnic next to the dunes, and listen to the calm waves pass through.

There are enough beds for the whole family up to comfortably sleep up to 10 people:
