Step into the wonderful world of Plum Island living. The location of this beach house is what makes it such a great choice and value. It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha's, The Sunset Club, Riptide Cafe and Bar, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located, not too far onto the island. A great plus during those snow storms!

The beach house is very clean and has new appliances just waiting for your enjoyment.

Check in after 2pm.
Check out by 10am.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay. The place is clean, very well equipped and is full of precious little treasures that will fascinate children! Two minutes from everything on foot: beach, creamery, restaurants. We enjoyed it immensely!

A Beach Trip to Remember

We loved our stay here!! The house was so great and fully equipped for our family of 8. The beach is literally across the street and the simplicity of that alone made the trip even more special. The beach is clean and full of great finds- moon snails, oyster shells, huge clams!! My children had a wonderful time!! We want to rent from Pam again for longer next time!!

Wedding bliss

we came from Virginia to attend my nieces wedding. (Which was wonderful).. We,were close enough to make the event and visit with family and friends and far enough away to be able to enjoy some quiet time for ourselves. Perfection thank you planning a return trip in May or June

Amazing secret house on the friendliest island

We stayed over the weekend at this gem. Very sweet beach house, exactly what we needed. Pamela, the host, is most helpful and fastest response time. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach house

Overall beautiful location, well furnished house easy access and sleeping. Neighbors are closer than the add seems to show and had renovations ongoing at next door neighbor which made vacations a bit rough. Was not offered compensation by rebate for further rental which was a bit of a bummer. Did not provide with any washing soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags or any cleaning products, so we had to accomodate by purchasing these items. Still recommend the spot its right accross the plum island beach entrance, beautiful bird sanctuary, and historical Newburyport town.

Comfortable and Convenient

If you stay in this quirky, but superbly comfortable and exceptionately well-provisioned house, you are within steps of a spectacular beach and all the stores and restaurants this wonderful island offers. In addition to the usual amenities, there are shelves of books and games, plenty of room for parking and multiple places to relax and comfortable chairs to do it in.

Perfect Family Cottage

This cottage is straight out of a storybook. Whimsical and enchanting, a lovely home with adorable seaside decor. It was perfect for our family, which includes four children ages 2-8. The porch area was filled with fun games, books, and puzzles, and the cozy upstairs bedrooms were all close together so our kids were never too far from us. In fact, they all fit in one room. The upstairs bathroom served as a walk in closet for us as there was ample room. We even had my parents over for a night- the sleeping porch was perfect. Pam had every cooking tool we needed to grill, bake a cake, make pancakes, rice, sweet tea, etc., as well as ample bed linens, towels, and beach supplies. My children loved the little lobster plates and having a highchair came in handy too. The location cannot be beat. We could actually see the ocean from the second floor porch, and could walk to restaurants, ice cream, and the beach in 2 minutes. The Parker River land reserve was a bike ride away, and breath-taking. Plum Island is an amazing place to visit, and if we find ourselves back, we will be sure to book with Pam again! This is a trip we will not soon forget!

Wonderful mom’s weekend away!

Really lovely beach house short distance to Plum Island beaches & short walk to restaurants. Fun mermaid theme artwork. Roof top balcony with ocean view. Upstairs sleeping quarters intimate so best for a family or friends who are comfortable with each other. Really lovely & reasonably priced!

Relaxing as always!

We’ve been multiple times; it’s always comfortable and relaxing. A lovely time hanging out with family. The property is in a great location, has SO many lounging areas, a well equipped kitchen and great games/books/puzzles. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from the sleeping porch!

cCampy vibe

The property is as advertised and has a campy feel. i thought 3 couples could sleep upstairs but only two stayed there The rooms are close and not a lot of privacy. do be sure you are comfortable with fellow travelers. but the house is really sweet.
