Excellent location.
Posted Sep. 25, 2023 on HotelsLocation was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard.

Amazing location, my check in was a miss (communication was a not consistent) and I did not like the fact that I was not told until last minute that the lift was not working and it looks like it has been a very long time... I think that it should be mentioned on the advert until it is fixed. I had 2 big suitcases and it was a nightmare to go up these stairs...

The location was amazing. It is so central and walking distance to everything in Newbury. The communication was great as well, we asked to check in a little early and they were very accommodating.
