Upon booking this hotel, we were told to expect an email with our room number and code, but when we didn't receive it, I texted the number and was told we had to check in first. That was confusing since I thought that was the point of getting the code, so we didn't have to check in...Anyway, we get inside and see an ipad on the table for checking in, but of course it couldn't find our reservation. Luckily the on site manager came out and found us in his computer, and gave us our room number and code. It seemed like this was not an isolated incident, as another couple that walked in after us didn't receive their code either, and another family were given a code when their room actually wasn't ready. So their check in process definitely needs some ironing out! Besides that though, the rest of our stay was great! Our room was nice, the bed was comfy and sheets and towels were nice and fresh. The shower had great pressure as well. There was a game room that my husband and son used, and the pool looked nice too. I especially loved the coffee machine in the lobby. There was a great pub right next door, we ate there twice! Our son will be attending Colby-Sawyer College which is about 20 minutes away, so we will definitely be returning to this hotel frequently.
