This home has a first floor primary with a king bed, and a first floor bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a twin trundle. There is also a bathroom with a shower located on the first floor. On the second floor you will find one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is also a full size crib available upon request.
Enjoy wonderful views of the waterfront from throughout the home. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of this home and its surroundings, complete with WiFi, AC, heating, and a washer and dryer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all trash in the dumpster located between the two large warehouses on the property.
Leave all beds that were used unmade (you do NOT need to strip the beds)
Close and lock all windows and doors, turn heat down to 60 or AC up to 70 and all of the lights off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
