Arrival Details: Access to the property is made simple. You’ll receive an access code via SMS just before 3pm on your arrival day, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in is at 3pm. While an earlier arrival may be possible, it cannot be confirmed until the afternoon prior to your arrival. If an earlier check-in is available, we will send you an SMS by 4pm the day before to confirm.

Linen: Fresh Linen and Bath Towels are set up and ready for your use prior to your arrival. You may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of your stay. Pool Beach towels are BYO.

Pets: Unfortunately you won't be able to bring your furry friend along as pets are not allowed at the resort.

Extra Guests / Visitors: At Weekenda, we want everyone to have a great stay. The number of guests on your booking is the maximum allowed, including any visitors. If you'd like to have guests over, just let us know in advance for approval – a small gathering like a BBQ with family is usually fine! However, larger groups may not be approved to ensure everyone’s comfort.

Guest Registration / ID Check: To make your check-in as smooth as possible, we kindly ask that all guests complete an electronic registration before arrival. This includes submitting a photo ID (like your driver’s license or passport) and providing a list of guest names and mobile numbers. This helps us stay in touch, especially if we’re unable to reach the primary booker. Don’t worry – all documents are deleted after your stay. Access codes will only be shared with registered and verified guests.

Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to consider an affordable 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy. It’s a simple way to protect yourself against unexpected situations like concert cancellations, medical emergencies, natural disaster or Covid-related issues, which are not covered by our refund policy as per our Terms & Conditions. We recommend exploring options with providers like ‘Cover-More,’ ‘Travel Insurance Direct,’ or ‘Insureandgo’ for added peace of mind.
