Bathroom could do with a touch of paint as there was a damaged part on the wall. It had been touched up, but not fully. The hotel info on the TLV didn’t work either. However, the desk staff were friendly and really helpful. I would stay here again but a bit more attention to detail would make a big difference.

Clean room, very nice bed. I had a nice but short stay. Enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. Please, offer guests water in their rooms.

When I booked a hotel in Aberdeen on the same day as my existing Sunderland reservation, I forgot to cancel the latter. Hotels should have a system to detect and notify guests about multiple bookings that overlap in time to prevent such conflicts.
