"The hotel was perfectly located for our visit to a concert at the O2 arena. Just 1 stop on the Jubilee Line and directly opposite the exit to the underground station. Ground floor bar/restaurant also served as the reception. Rooms and bathrooms were fresh, modern, clean and very quiet. I did not hear anyone in the adjacent rooms or corridors. Breakfast was good. I would definately recommend and stay again."

The observed mold on the bathroom tiles and security cord raises concerns regarding the hotel rooms' cleanliness. Further attention to mildew and mold remediation is required. Furthermore, the diverse food options are extensive, particularly at Westfield, a mere five-minute walk away. Westfield offers reliable parking with ample, secure spaces. Additional convenient parking options are also available nearby."
