I’ve been coming to big 4 Phillip Island for year’s the staff are always helpful and friendly great amenities, location is fantastic just across from the beach the rooms are nice and clean the kids loved it coming back

Beautiful spot backing onto a quiet beach. A short walk to a bakery/cafe which was great. Jumping pillow a bit run down, but otherwise great facilities for a family. Loved the theatre room on a wet day.

The property is classy, easy access, perfect location to most attractions on the island, and customer midend & friendly. All the admin we found there were professional and very kind. Satcey the manager, was always hands-on and creative in spicing up our stay with daily activities that jept the kids super engaged and excited. The two beautiful ladies Wednesday and Jess, gave us a heartwarming reception. We are definitely coming back soon. I must commend the quality of the facility. It is Home away from home.
