Waterpark only on weekends

We were disappointed to find out the waterpark is closed all week during our check in, but excited about the arcade - until we tried to go play. Half the machines out of service, and the gameplay was so expensive(typically casino arcades are cheaper and since it’s all swipe card it’s hard to tell how much each play is even costing). The prizes in the machines were Oriental Trading garbage, so you pay to play and if you’re lucky enough to win - you’re still not really winning. Breakfast was the same thing - they only have full breakfast on weekends. The kids were happy with waffles and cereal, and very happy to get chocolate milk so that was nice. The room AC was nice and cool, and the room is a good size. The beds were not comfortable and the mattress kept sliding off. The pillows were very comfy, though! The kids really enjoyed the “haunted” tv that kept changing channels. I wish the room had a fridge and microwave, because traveling with kids means a lot of snacking and this location is a bit far from everything. Staff was friendly and kind. Common areas are beautiful and looked very cozy. If I were traveling alone or with a partner those would be a nice spot to hangout and enjoy the free wifi which was very fast. Overall it isn’t a bad hotel, and their pricing is fair. I hope to return when the water park is open and hopefully the arcade will all be working. I will say the rubber duck claw machine is super fun, and also a big hit with the kids. :)

Overall the stay was fine. Rooms need to be updated immediately. It would be nice if the cigarette smell from the casino could be filtered out of the rest of the hotel.

Extremely overpriced for the condition of the room. The bathroom was dirty - some type of liquid had dripped down & dried down the wall by the mirror. The body wash & conditioner pump containers in the shower were completely empty. Noisy patrons across the hall (yelling at kids & slamming doors). The room felt humid & sticky - maybe from the indoor water park? There was only one electrical outlet near the bed the only other convenient outlet was for the coffee maker on the other side of the room. Súper inconvenient for two guests. A few things I liked: Check in staff was amazing & convenience for attending a concert. I will definitely attend another concert there, but I am not likely to stay at the hotel.

Stayed on 7-24-25....room 3304. Took my 3 grandkids to enjoy the waterpark...which was nice. Myself and grandkids left with numerous bites which have required medical attention. Have tried to contact hotel management but have had no calls returned. BEDBUGS?????

Great waterpark and hotel for kids. Though, the arcade had several games that were either broken or didn't have needed supplies in them. The lady who worked in it was a delight, but the variety of prizes was limited.

The stay was good the room was very clean the air conditioner didn't work very well. Wish it had a mini fridge and microwave. Not enough vending machine soft drinks or snacksnit a lot of choices. Only had one restaurant. They price was great clean and comfortable rooms and bed contanential breakfast was on spot enjoyed gambling. Will be coming back O
