As soon as we walked in the lobby, it smelled like smoke or some kind of funk. The hallway to the room also smelled, but was also being masked by a heavy fruity scented air freshener. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but unfortunately the ceiling is extremely thin and poorly insulated, so I hear kids running on the floor above me. I’m very disappointed!

The staff was friendly and pleasant enough, our room seemed clean until you looked close. The floors may not have been swept or vacuumed thoroughly and there was white toothpaste stuck to the bathroom counter. There was also at least one guest that really enjoyed their Marijuana and where they went the smell lingered and followed.

The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional. It was a pleasant surprise for a late night check in. This was our first time staying at Everhome Suites and we will definitely look for them again. We were traveling with a dog and it was so easy and welcoming! They even had some swag gifts for the dog that was such a nice touch! The cost was only $10 for a pet which was great. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The price is great too. The room had a full size fridge and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the TV even worked great with many channels. It was a great stay and we highly recommend!

Front desk, and I hate I forgot her name...was incredibly helpful...we checked in with a sick child and she got us extra blankets right at check in and let us know where we could get meds etc. She had an attitude of wanting to be there and wanting to help us. The room was also clean and laid out well with plenty of space for us and some separation between sleeping and living, which I really liked.
