The 2nd floor bathroom door won’t close. The maintenance crew came on 2nd day of our stay - did a quick fix but 2 hours later the doors screws came out. The maintenance crew said the door needed to be replaced. We had to lift the door to close it and drag it across the floor- which woke up everyone in the house. Overall the house needs maintenance. The downstairs lights are connected to the fan - either it is all on or all off. 1st floor bathroom- had a broken toilet paper roll. I found a screwdriver to repair it. The cleaning crew didn’t leave any sponges for the kitchen and no laundry detergent.

Nice little home

We stayed during our kid's fall break from school. We have been to Newport Beach prior but this was our first trip with our twin boys who just turned 5. The location was good although with two 5-year-olds walking to the beach along with our 9-year-old we do wish we would have stayed right on the beach as it was just a little hectic getting everyone and everything back home at the end of the day. Otherwise, house was nice, clean, close to everything we needed, and well maintained. Be aware though, every piece of bedding and towel is white. We brought our own towels and pillows and thankful we did. I have red hair that I touch up prior to vacation and with 3 small children I was quite nervous we would incur fees but thankfully we had our own towels and pillows so that helped a lot of worry I had. But other than that place was great and would recommend.
