Nestled in the heart of the picturesque coastal community of Corona Del Mar, this charming bungalow exudes the classic charm of coastal living. With its prime location just a short walk to the Corona Del Mar State Beach as well as shops and restaurants. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit. It is the middle unit of a triplex. There is no designated parking spot for this property.

Corona del Mar, often called CdM, is a picturesque and upscale coastal neighborhood located within Newport Beach in Southern California. Guests occupy the entire apartment ( one of three apartments in the building) which is convenient to the laundry room. You will have street parking available. There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable tv. The TV has an articulating arm.

The Wedgw condo in Corona Del Mar was one of the very best units I have ever rented. It was spotless, well equipped, and only 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean. Jennifer, the owner was extremely responsive to every request that I have. I absolutely will return to the wedge. If I could give it more than five stars, I would.

We really enjoyed staying here! Great location, walking distance to great beach, restaurants, nice walking trails, etc. The place was clean and had everything we needs, even for the beach. We loved sitting on the grass a couple blocks down overlooking the ocean and beach. It was a really great place! Highly recommended!

Great Location but tough parking

This is a great spot and a very nice unit. Unfortunately for us we arrived on July 4 so we had to park 2 blocks away and so unloading luggage and ferrying to the place took us a long time. This might not be an issue depending on your arrival time. Also bring your own soap as there is none in the unit.

Great spot in Corona Del Mar

So happy we were able to find this spot for our family for a wedding weekend. It's within walking distance to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants and bars. The interior of the unit is very clean, well decorated, and has a good size living room/kitchen for hanging out with the family. The included garage parking spot is a huge plus.

Great location near beautiful beaches and bluffs. Good, simple communication with owner. Parking was easy in mid April. Summer might be tough. Tv ok but limited. Kitchen quite decent for cooking. Plenty of clean space. Comfortable futon and king bedroom. Definitely recommend.

Location is great! Close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Loved the location. Great temperature control. Shared laundry while convenient is noisy for all parties sharing units. Generally though the area is quiet and easy. Beds are rated not comfortable for two of us and one of us liked the king bed. Living room furniture is uncomfortable. TV’s, if you care about those when you’re in such a beautiful place, are older generations. I would definitely consider staying again and would recommend.

CDM Vacation

Cute second floor, over the garage unit of this triplex. Very quiet, easy walk to beach or restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue I had was the bathroom is very small with no counter space and the mirror is positioned over the toilet as there is a window over the sink. I ended up doing my hair in the second bedroom, sitting on the floor in front of the mirrored closet doors.

Lovely area !

I loved the area and the apartment was cute. The bathroom was very small with almost no counter space . I would suggest extending the counter over the toilet so guests can have a place to put blow dryers etc... a towel rack for hand towels would have been nice .

Fabulous Family Vacation!

What a fabulous, affordable beach family vacation spot. We wouldn’t have needed a rental car except we did visit Disneyland a few days. Amazing, responsive host Jennifer. Beautiful, safe, quiet location. Property is in great shape. Garage spacious. All you could need is provided. Beach wagon, toys, towels etc. Bathroom amenities all supplied (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Jennifer!

When I arrived at the property it was not clean. I reached out to the host and was told that their house keeper didn't show up for some reason. I ended up getting a refund and moving to a different hotel so it worked out ok.
