Just okay, Not worth the Cost!

This location is good however, never could get the room at the right temperature. The young lady at check in was not in a very good mood and spoke very little, other than sign here and here's your key. Reception water and coffee was room temperature to cold: so no comforting hot tea for us to relax. Breakfast was barely okay. Eggs were over cooked, sausage as well. Selections were very limited and staff was no where to be found to request anything other than what was out. As for Eco-friendly, not here. Everything was Styrofoam and plastic wrapped in more plastic. This overall stay was definitely not worth the $150+ paid for 1 night. I do not recommend this hotel.

All is good except that we are older seniors and we had to carry our bags to the second floor. I asked for a cart of some kind but it was not available. We were also roomed on the second floor. Not good for older people. But overall the stay was good.

I'm sorry there were no carts available at the time you were checking in. When we are full that seems to happen.
