was there 3 days and room never cleaned. A/C sounded like it was full of marbles and worked poorly. Pressure washing crew worked all day with loud equipment. Room smelled. Not sure why this hotel rated excellent. Lost trust in Hotels.com rating system and will probably never use again

I was placed in a room directly across from the rlevator and right by the ice machine. All day and night it was noisy. I had just driven 13 hours and was only staying 1 night so i toughef it out. The cookies were good though.

The room was spacious with a big TV screen, comfortable beds, nice shower, close by to beach where you can see the sunset when there are no dark clouds. The beach was about one short block away. Breakfast was great with cold cereals, make-your-own waffle , toast, fruits, yogurts, package small muffins, scrambled eggs, pork sausages. There were usual fruit juices, and coffee. I would have like hot oatmeal. Dinning room was spacious with tables and chairs. The foods were well replenished throughout and not gone when you arrive later.

We were a little skeptical driving up but it’s actually really nice inside! The front desk gal was very friendly and there were fresh cookies and coffee/cocoa and lemon water. We walked to Nye Beach for some shopping and dinner. Very quiet! No ocean view but the room was roomy and very clean.
