Very clean, quiet and close to area destinations of interest. Staff was very friendly and helpful with area related activities knowledge. Newport is a great little beach community. Would definitely stay again.

It was more the location of our room and the room itself. Lobby and breakfast area were fine, our room was not. I feel like the more run down less ideal rooms are reserved for expedia purchasers. The room was right near the ice dispenser amd in the hallway near the exit doors, really noisy. Not the best experience.
