Our property boast stunning views of Jay peak, cananada and lake memphremagog. Relax on the huge rap around porch. This house is quite and located in a private drive with access the hiking, biking and vast trail systems. This property offers amble parking for snowmobile trails. We are located 5 minutes from the center of Derby, so you are close to grocery stores, restaurants, hunting/fishing supplies, walmart ect.
