Nice quiet duplex in Nye Beach

It was clean and comfortable. Quiet too! Not luxurious but we didn’t expect that for the price . The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of clean linens too.

Family stay, short trip

Went here with my family (myself, husband and 1.5 yo daughter). Excellent location, just minutes from the beach and shops/restaurants. If you’re up for it, just a mile from the historic bay front area! Great home, place to park, easy checkin and access. Loved that we had two bedrooms, each with enough space for a pack n play; black out curtains too - nice and dark at night. Super clean space, felt like home away from home. Really liked the lack of carpet since my daughter is allergic to dust mites. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and value

We had a great family weekend at the coast, this duplex is right next to Nye Beach and all its cute shops and cafes and a short drive to the bay front and aquarium. So affordable for a great location! The only downside for us was the noise of the duplex, our neighbors and us both had a toddler so the late/early running and footsteps were loud on both sides. Otherwise would love to stay again!

The bad: it sleeps 6 but provides only 4 chairs, lots of dirty dishes, 1 dirty wash cloth on bathroom vanity lights, no coat hooks and it DUMPED every day we were there, and no candles for when the power went out. The great: inexpensive, accepted our dog, great wifi, close to everything, available on short notice for my grandma's memorial, and quick responsiveness from the hosts when the power went out.

It’s a good place to say, except of the uncomfortable couch and filthy couch pillows

The place needs a new couch very badly. It’s the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on also, the pillows that are on the couch just need to be thrown away. They were filthy.

old and worn out accommadations

The rental was clean when we arrived but the condition of the couches, beds, linens, pillows was terrible. Also the tv never worked, there were no instructions for the controls, only thing available was Netflix. After a long and stress filled day we would have liked to relax for an hour or so but couldn't even do that! Also after the other duplex tenants left someone else arrived Friday night and were pounding on the floors until after midnight! I finally went over there Saturday night & explained that my brother was dying and we needed some rest and what were they doing? There were girls doing gymnastics inside the duplex-hence the unending pounding on the floors! The bathroom having no heat or shower/tub light also made for ridiculously cold showers! Overall it was a place to stay with incredibly poor amenities.

Nice place

Overall nice home away from home. The bed was comfortable, living room nice, well supplied kitchen. Location was super convenient to good restaurants & beach. The heat is off when you arrive & takes 4-5 hours to reach room temperature so we took advantage of the extra comforters available. I would have preferred it be on to a low temperature like 60 to save energy while unoccupied but reach a comfortable temperature sooner after we arrived & adjusted the heat. Also, because it was slow to warm up we thought it needed to be set higher than it really did so over night we wasted energy the first night unfortunately. The bathroom sink drained slowly over the full night so I called & Vacasa repaired it within a few hours. We would recommend.

The apartment was clean, however the tub and bathroom sink drain very slow, after a few minutes in the shower you are so standing in 6 inches of water. There is a hole in the wall next to the stove. The apartment smells of mold.
