So disappointed-unless you golf go elsewhere

Very disappointed-was advertised (even went to main site) as a resort, fitness classes, 2-3 restaurants. We thought it was going to be an amazing location a little more upscale than a nice hotel. We paid extra for 2 free breakfast. Arrived and staff was in a little window office area - nothing nice- restaurant was overpriced and not good-staff was rude and appeared overworked. Was not free breakfast- they gave us 2 $10 vouchers- charge a mando $5 tip so it is $15 to feed to people at an expensive restaurant- paid $25 a night for 4 nights fir resort fee but no resort amenities. No soda machines so if you are thirsty gotta go to bar/restaurant with the rude people. The only nice thing was the balcony area outside the room. If you were in a group that likes to hang out at hotel and chat and have cofffee on porch- I am see this place being good for groups. No elevator for luggage if second floor. The front desk agent told us no cleaning service unless we asked-and didn’t explain to us that we would get new $20 worth of vouchers everyday. So initially we got 2 $10’with no idea if we would get more? And I didn’t really look into at the desk cause I didn’t know I wasn’t getting actual Breakfast which I paid extra to have included. Also we didn’t put and not disturb on the door since there was no cleaning service we were told, so we were work up by the VERY Sweet cleaning lady! She came everyday and honestly on the Whole property she was the only friendly and kind staff.

The hotel had beautiful rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice view of the golf course. Staff was friendly.

Wonderful front staff

The people were wonderful- from the front desk (Jordan and Queen) to the servers/bar staff. The room itself could use a little help though. The bed was great- but carpet and paint seemed dated. There were stains on carpet and paint needed a touch up for sure..

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and quiet even with an event happening in the ball room. The furnishings and linens were of a very high quality. We will be staying there agaun when the opportunity presents itself.

The property is beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The staff is amazing, very help, professional, and friendly.

I booked this hotel expecting a true resort stay. There was an event that shut down the restaurant, and there was no advanced notice of that when booking. The heat lamp and fan in the bathroom were broken, and the room smelled a little musty from what appeared to be a small leak from the AC unit or patio door. They advertise room service on their website, but it’s not true room service, just the restaurant sending up take out orders or you going to get them. The hotel was overall pleasant and clean, but disappointing for what I had been expecting.

Super Friendly Staff ... however; there were teenage kids hanging out in room next to ours until 2am and a barking dog in the other ... this is the only reason why my rating / review isn't higher

The hotel was a little loud, we're usually a laid back hotel - we would lobe to try this again.. in the near future.
