The flat was great.

The flat was great. Clean, spacious (for family of four), everything we needed for a beach holiday. We would happily stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s on the only road in and out of the fistral beach bar complex, which meant of Friday and Saturday nights there was considerable noise after 12pm from drunk people walking Back to Newquay from the beach bar. Obviously this is nothing to do with the apartment, so is not a criticism of the property, but worth being aware of if you’re thinking of booking and have young children that are easily woken.

We have stayed in a few properties on Headland Road over the years and this is one of the best. Extremely well equipped. The weather wasn't the best during our stay but there was plenty to keep us occupied in the apartment; games, PlayStation and a good selection of films. We were a party of 4 and would not hesitate to recommend this excellent apartment, with beautiful views.

Welcome book was missing so had trouble finding things like the wifi code. Tried to ring manager three times but they didn't respond so rang Blue Chip who fixed inquiry immediately. Excellent. Hot water discoloured which needs looking into and no water pressure in kitchen sink. Position, views and amenities were excellent and we would love to return.
