love the design and the whole property in general!
location was amazing. Also the furnishings were all new and it was clean. The bath was such a nice touch.
There was no full length mirror in the property, so that would have been a plus. Also if there are people above you itâs very loud with them walking around,if they have their washing machine on you can hear it quite clearly.

A little neglected, lacking in some facilities....
Good location 10 minutes from town. Good laundry facilities in flat. Comfortable beds.
Recommend zoo, the "land train" which can be boarded round the corner, the immaculate boating lake and gardens. Red Lion pub is good for food and drinks.
Nice little play park across the road from the apartment.
Nice roll top bath and good shower in the bathroom.
Front and rear of property in poor condition, covered in large weeds, and no table and chairs on front "patio" as noted in property details. Disappointed to find no microwave! Standard of cleanliness poor, rubbish under sofas and down side of beds, and quite dusty. Shower drain blocked, upon checking the drain trap, it was blocked with hair and soap scum, obviously not cleaned for some time. Having to clear out someone else's hair is not my idea of a "luxury" holiday home. No wardrobe in the bedroom to hang clothes. Windows filthy. Not enough plates or mugs (4 of each!) so had to do a wash after every meal. NO BLINDS except bathroom! Couldn't sleep after 5am due to sunlight streaming in rooms and lack of blinds (just flimsy curtains). CLEAR window on ground floor bathroom meant no privacy unless you shut the blind, needs a frosted window! Owners personal possessions in cupboards and drawers around the flat (kitchen full of food, clothes in bottom of wardrobe in second room, toothbrushes, possessions in bedside drawers etc) made us feel like we were staying in someone's home, this is such a big no-no. Bins not collected by council so had nowhere to put them on last day. Overall, a lot of money spent for a week in the summer, flat needs improving both in facilities and general maintenance, as well as outside of property being weeded and cleaned up. It does not give the impression of a "luxury" apartment as described and the amount paid did not reflect the experience we had.

A lovely home from home for a Newquay holiday
A home from home which had everything we needed. It was smart and spacious. High quality furnishings, decoration and appliances. Hosts very swift and helpful with their reply to a query at the end of our stay
The markings on the oven and hob dials were faded so made it hard to operate. Shared entry with upstairs apartment became problematic on one occasion when other occupiers locked the shared front door and we couldn't access our appartment door. Also able to hear upstairs coming and going. Not at all the host's fault.

We had a great stay!
We had a lovely time in Newquay and part of this great experience was the house where we stayed at. We loved the spacious kitchen the fireplace, which we enjoy every night with a glass of wine the beds - we slept very well, by the way the rainfall shower was so soothing and relaxing the location was excellent and right where we wanted to stay⊠close to our family and friends.
The only bad experience my family and I had was with the cleaning lady, that came to the house with a child knocking on the door before 10am telling us it was already past check-out time and we had to leave immediately. When we asked for 20 more minutes, she said she had other houses to clean and she had to start with the house where we were before because the other two were too far for her to go. We felt rushed and said politely we were leaving in 20min. the cleaning lady called someone and said we were unwilling to leave the property, when all we asked was for 20 more minutes. Her tone and attitude towards us was rude and unnecessary. so, training your cleaning staff would be something you could improve.
