We're very sorry that you were unable to enjoy your stay with us due to our lack of an elevator but hope that you did take advantage of our other amenities while you here with your Grandkids. On your next visit to our area, keep in mind that during your reservation process you can put in a request for a lower level room and that we will always try to accommodate those requests.

I liked the idea of being able to relax in a hot tub. However it wasn't working. Start not very friendly and even kinda rude. I had a special request that nobody took the time to respond to.

I'm very sorry for the loss of your Father, I know how truly difficult and stressful that time can be,I would like to apologize for somehow overlooking and not responding to your request for an earlier check in as well as the other issues you had during your stay with us. I certainly hope that in the future you give us a second chance to impress you, this is definitely not the way we would ever want anyone to remember us.
